BarentsKrans has advised the shareholders of Proxsys on the sale of all shares in Proxsys to Odin Groep, a portfolio company of private equity firm Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners) and the parent company of, among others, Previder and Cloudwise.

Proxsys is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Internet Service Provider (ISP) that has been offering ICT solutions to organisations since 2001, including the outsourcing of complete IT management and support.

With this transaction, Odin Groep takes a further step in expanding its subsidiary Previder in the western Netherlands. Proxsys combines strong technical expertise with a people‑centred approach, making it a logical and valuable addition to Previder.
