BarentsKrans advised DLG Logistics on its acquisition of Gebr. Van der Windt Transport Maasland B.V., effective from 1 July 2026. Through this acquisition, DLG strengthens its position in overseas, container and reefer logistics, while taking a further step in its long-term strategy focused on sustainable growth and increased specialisation.
