BarentsKrans has advised Van de Velde Packaging on the acquisition of Dozenhal. Dozenhal has two warehouses and a production facility in the Netherlands and a sales team in Germany. The company claims to have “the largest stock of cardboard boxes in the Netherlands”. “Corrugated cardboard boxes are produced in small quantities at the production location in the Netherlands,” says Van De Velde Packaging in a press release.
With this acquisition, Van De Velde Packaging is entering a new market. The family packaging group, led by Philip Vanbelleghem, is now active in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland, Italy and Turkey with sixteen production sites.
This transaction was led by Michiel Martin, Thomas van Hövell tot Westervlier, Annemarie Janssens, Lars Veenhuijsen, Bart de Hek, Sam van der Weiden, Christi Donkervoort and Corianne Ritsema.
