BarentsKrans advises the directors of Quintes Holding on its sale to private equity investor Aquiline

BarentsKrans has advised the directors (also shareholders) of Quintes Holding B.V. on the sale of the shares in Quintes Holding B.V. to private equity investor Aquiline Capital Partners. Michiel Martin and Thomas van Hövell tot Westervlier were involved in this transaction.

Quintes Holding is one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the Netherlands. Since its founding in 2012, Quintes has built a national footprint of brokers with a focus on serving the Dutch SME sector. BarentsKrans has advised Quintes Holding on several acquisitions of shares in insurance brokers and insurance portfolio’s to increase such footprint.
