The Corporate / M&A team of BarentsKrans has advised the founder of Matrix Groep B.V. on the sale of shares in Matrix IT B.V. and Matrix DATA B.V. to Esprit ICT Groep B.V. Matrix is an established name in Gelderland and Utrecht and is known for its technical depth, solution-oriented approach, and strong customer relationships. The organisation has been delivering network and connectivity solutions to corporate clients for years. Founder André Pater will remain as director of Matrix and will also take on a broader technical role within Esprit ICT. As such, existing customer relationships will be secured while simultaneously building a shared future.

The transaction was supervised by Anne-Rieke Brons-van der Linden, Niek Klein Beernink, Anne Monique Huijg and Michiel Martin.
