ICT Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm NPM Capital, is a leading European supplier of industrial technology software solutions. With the acquisition of DWG, ICT Group aims to become the market leader in its focus markets of Automotive, High Tech, Logistics, Industry, Vital Infrastructure and Public Mobility & Safety.
