A team of BarentsKrans advised the management of Quintes on the sale to insurance broker Brown & Brown.

Quintes was founded in 2012 by Gijsbert van de Nieuwegiessen and is one of the largest independent intermediaries in the Netherlands. Quintes provides its services to more than 200,000 clients across three divisions: advice, power of attorney and pensions. Quintes’ headquarters is located in Waardenburg. The team consists of approximately 700 insurance professionals spread across eighteen locations throughout the Netherlands.
