Itemedical, a Dutch provider of digital platforms for the integration of real-time patient data and medical alarms, has been acquired by Halma plc, a London Stock Exchange listed technology group focused on safety, health and environmental solutions.
As a result of the transaction, itemedical will become part of Halma’s Healthcare sector and will operate within Static Systems Group (SSG). SSG supports healthcare organisations in improving communication, safety and workflow efficiency through integrated nurse call, alarm management and software solutions.
Since its founding, itemedical has built a strong market position with software and workflow solutions that help healthcare professionals enhance patient safety and deliver care more efficiently. Through its acquisition by Halma plc and integration into SSG, itemedical will gain access to an international network and additional resources to accelerate innovation and further international growth.
