BarentsKrans advises Drievliet Family Park in sale to Looping Group

Familiepark Drievliet is a characteristic amusement park in the The Hague region. The park was founded in 1938 by the Faaij family, who developed and operated the park since it first opened to the public. Nowadays, the park offers over 40 attractions, and is well known to families with young children. The Looping Group acquired 100% of the shares in Drievliet B.V. Familiepark Drievliet has been advised by Chestnut Corporate Finance (sell-side advisory), BarentsKrans (legal advisory) and GBA Accountants (financial and tax advisory). Hogan Lovells (legal advisory), Mazars (financial and tax advisory) and TAUW (Environmental advisory) acted as advisors to the Looping Group.
