BarentsKrans advised Addtech Nordic AB in the acquisition of Staka Holding B.V. (Staka).

Staka designs, manufactures, and sells customized outdoor enclosures primarily to European installation and OEM customers across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and water management. The company is headquartered in Oosterhout, Netherlands, employs 60 people, and has an annual turnover of approximately 15 million EUR.
