BarentsKrans advised Addtech Nordic AB in the acquisition of Kapp Nederland B.V.. Addtech is a Nasdaq Stockholm listed international technology group delivering high-quality technical solutions for the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

Addtech acquires and develops independent companies with a strong culture, entrepreneurial mindset, and focus on creating customer value, such as more efficient processes, innovative solutions, and sustainable technologies. It has more than 150 subsidiaries that operate under their own brands and has annual sales of about SEK 22 billion.

Kapp Nederland is a specialist in heat transfer. It develops and supplies customized industrial heat exchange solutions for enhanced energy efficiency in the process industry. Kapp Nederland is headquartered in Dordrecht, Netherlands, and has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 14 million. Kapp will continue to operate under its own name as an independent company within the Addtech group.
