Mark specialises in civil-construction law and has over 10 years of experience in that area. Before Mark joined BarentsKrans he practiced as a construction lawyer at Severijn Hulshof Advocaten and CMS Derks Star Busmann. Mark represents a wide variety of clients (contractors, property developers, architects, consultants, municipalities, housing corporations) in and out of court. His expertise lies in both litigation (e.g. arbitration before the Court of Arbitration for the Building Industry) and advising (e.g. drafting en negotiating contracts).
