Jeffrey has over 10 years of notarial experience in commercial real estate, both in transactions and as an adviser. Jeffrey has special expertise in the establishment of real rights (ground lease, easements etcetera) and complex developments, combined with financing. Due to his real estate transfer tax knowledge and awareness he also successfully supervises and implements the tax-efficient 'sale-and-ground leaseback' (erfpachtlease) transactions, being a tailor-made solution and alternative for the traditional sale-and-leaseback. Jeffrey has a hands on mentality and is deal driven and as such greatly appreciated by his clients.

Examples of relevant work

The 650 Million Euro Rabo Bouwfonds-Stienstra Residential Property Disposition Fund: a disposition fund with over 3,800 houses in the Netherlands, financed by ING REF and FGH

The acquisition of Corio's Dutch office and commercial property portfolio (700 Million Euro) by the consortium led by Ping Properties

The realisation and establishment of ground leases and easements of the "Oranjekwartier", Amsterdam (Phase 1 and 2) by the Maarsen Groep

The sale-and-ground leaseback to revitalize the use of Amsterdam's historical "Beurs van Berlage", being a joint venture of the Municipality of Amsterdam, Amvest , housing corporation, De Key, and Rabo Bouwfonds
