Lizette Jaques joined BarentsKrans in 2010. Lizette’s practice focuses on real estate with an emphasis on sale and leasing of commercial accommodations and real rights. Lizette also practises administrative law, in particular spatial planning law. From June 2010 until November 2011 Lizette practised European and Dutch competition law and public procurement law. She advised on and litigated matters before the Netherlands Competition Authority, the European Commission and the Dutch courts.
