Tsong has wide experience in the field of public procurement. He has given advice to contracting authorities and tenderers in several fields of industry like IT-services, smartcards, architecture, trams, multifunctionals, defence materials and public services for disabled persons. His advisory services consist of drafting contracts, general conditions and procurement documents advising on IT-services and privacy issues. He has wide experience with summary proceedings in public procurement.
