Annemieke practices in the area of intellectual property law. Her practice focuses mainly on patent, trade mark, trade name, domain names, design right and copyright litigation. Furthermore, she has experience in drafting and assessing licensing, cooperation and non-disclosure agreements.
Through her work for life sciences companies, Annemieke has acquired specific expertise relating to Supplementary Protection Certificates and regulatory proceedings regarding marketing authorisations for medicinal products. Annemieke was, for instance, involved in the litigation regarding the marketing authorisations for the blockbuster medicinal products lanzoprazol and es-citalopram.
