Robert-Jan is a partner and civil law notary in the corporate department of BarentsKrans. Robert-Jan has broad experience in Dutch corporate and company law and Dutch securities law. His special fields of interest include private equity, venture capital, (cross border) mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and divisions, design, implementation and maintenance of corporate structures, corporately held real estate, national and international joint ventures, syndicated financing involving Dutch entities and securities law. Robert-Jan co-heads the practice group Corporate and M&A.
