Anne-Rieke’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on M&A, management buy-ins and buy-outs, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. From July 2009 until October 2010 Anne-Rieke also practised real estate, with a focus on sale and leasing of commercial accommodations and real rights.

Advising Homesafety Beheer B.V. on selling its shares in Essential Domestiq Services B.V. and Essential Sales B.V. to Securitas Direct.
Advising Gimv on its acquisition of the majority of shares in Studiekring, the Dutch market leader in student tutoring in primary and secondary education.
Advising IEF Capital N.V. (a joint venture of Bouwfonds Asset Management and Inflation Exchange fund), on its acquisition of a part of the Dutch retail portfolio of Unibail-Rodamco and on its acquisition finance.
"Undisclosed” recent advising of various parties re MBO’s and MBI’s.
