Marleen van den Horst has extensive experience in litigating IP cases before various courts, both interim injunction and final relief proceedings. With a focus on patents and technology, she is frequently involved in multi-jurisdictional litigation for –mainly- foreign clients. Client-driven, Marleen has specialised in patent litigation and regulatory proceedings in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare industry. Marleen has conducted patent/SPC litigation and regulatory proceedings involving molecules such as ciclosporin, omeprazol. alendronate, fluvastatin, escitalopram, esomeprazol and modafinil.
