Lianne specializes in Supreme Court litigation in civil and commercial matters. She advises lawyers and their clients about the prospects of an appeal to the Dutch Supreme Court and she litigates before the Dutch Supreme Court. Lianne also advises on procedural matters in appeal proceedings. She has extensive experience in issues of civil procedural law, intellectual property law and corporate/commercial law.
