Jaap’s practice focuses on Intellectual Property litigation (at District Court and Court of Appeal level), in particular with respect to patents, trade marks and advertising. Jaap has extensive experience in parallel import, anti-counterfeiting and customs enforcement matters, particularly relating to the pharma & life sciences and food & beverage sectors and the consumer products industries. He also regularly assists clients in non-contentious matters, including negotiation and drafting of licence and coexistence agreements.
