In our Real Estate department our attorneys-at-law work in close collaboration with our civil-law notaries and junior civil-law notaries. In the event of the transfer of a property we can assist the execution of the transaction, conduct the due diligence, draft the necessary contracts and take care of the final transfer of title. Depending on the size and nature of a case, our attorneys and civil-law notaries work individually or in teams.

Additionally, we have extensive experience with respect to the purchase, sale and renting of retail objects, offices and dwellings. We offer particular expertise with regard to the exploitation and auctioning of petrol stations.
Our civil-law notary services focus on the transfer of title of real estate objects such as houses and commercial buildings. However, 'real estate' covers a broad field and can involve many different issues. We offer excellent expertise with respect to all these issues.
