Our attorneys and civil-law notaries work individually or in teams, depending on the size of the case. These teams are often multidisciplinary, for instance when performing the due diligence for an acquisition or investment. When necessary, we work together with other specialists within our firm in the areas of Labour Law, Real Estate, Intellectual Property or Antitrust and Regulatory. However, we keep our teams as small as possible. If necessary, we also involve your external advisors, such as corporate finance advisors, accountants or tax experts.
We work for strategic parties, private equity funds, informal investors and management in the event of a management buy in / buy out. Our lawyers have broad experience in assisting on various sides of a transaction. This means we are well equipped to anticipate and respond to parties' various interests when conducting negotiations on our clients' behalf.
